The Board of Directors will have an executive session on Thursday, January 8, at 5:00pm to continue discussion on the Blue Heron Landing purchase offer under ORS 192.660(2)(e) - To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.

Following the executive session, an emergency board meeting will be called to order for discussion and decision making. All parties joining the Zoom call will remain in the waiting room until the executive session has ended.
